Handle the soon-to-be-released Pricing limitations data from Amazon APIs. Amazon will be exposing the actual 'high price' values for when an ASIN will get de-listed for violating. Aura should take this data into consideration and not price above this value to prevent the ASIN from be repeatedly de-listed and stranded.
