Limiting it makes me feel like my listings that don't have it might do better with a different repricer. Make it the default repricing behavior and market it as the fastest repricer instead

This is now active, and we'll be going public with an announcement about it shortly. You should be seeing most of your updates being made with Hyperdrive now (even if not toggled on).
